Quiet shorelines, rivers flowing calmly over smooth stones, the city at night blanketed in soft, clean snow. Cecilia’s artwork captures moments like these, details that carry with them a sense of luminescent stillness.

 

The medium of watercolor is the perfect match for images like these, the transparent, yet vivid layers that combine over canvas, carefully applied by a skilled hand and steady heart.

 

“I am not obsessed with the details of the work,” Cecilia explains. "I am actually expressing what I feel when I observe the world around me. I invite the viewer to explore the artwork and find their own narrative passage through each scene."
